About the Listing Agent

I began my real estate career in 2003, I spent long hours meeting homeowners facing foreclosure, offering them solutions through investor buyers. This difficult start laid the foundation for my career, teaching me how to connect with people during pivotal moments in their lives. After meeting Lema Perkins, a seasoned agent who mentored me, I learned the value of consistency and continuous learning in real estate, principles that still shape my approach today. In 2007, I shifted my focus to working with banks during the financial crisis, primarily handling REOs and foreclosures. That’s when my friend John Vitale joined the business, and together we navigated the market downturn. John brought efficiency and organization, complementing my strengths in client relations. We grew our business, serving a wide range of clients from traditional buyers to investors and corporate relocations, building trust and successfully guiding them through complex transactions. After John’s passing in May 2024, I remain committed to continuing to serve clients with honesty, patience, and a strong work ethic. I’ve also welcomed Karoline Becnel to the team, whose passion for real estate and client service aligns with our core values of showing up, working hard, and treating people right. Together, we continue to provide exceptional real estate services tailored to each client’s needs.
