The Beverly does not return the deposit

I moved out April 30th. I still have not received my security deposit back as promised. When I contacted Kyle, he told me that they had sent me a check and it had been cashed and there was not much they could do. When I asked for an investigation into the matter because I had not even received a check, he said he would mail another one. This has been three weeks and still have not received my security deposit. I have emailed Kyle since and have not gotten a reply. I asked to pick my check up from the office and was told they cannot leave a check for me to pick up.

The Beverly is a wonderful apartment complex. There’s a lot of community and events. The only thing is that the community sits in the middle of all these construction sites. That start at 4 or 5 AM Monday through Saturday and are allowed to be out there until 7 PM. It is literally crazy so that’s why I would not recommend.
